Rick had a sincere desire to please everyone, and everyone loved his charming personality along with his amusing wit and contagious laughter. He literally would make your day, treating you with genuine kindness.
Rick loved rock band music, from The Animals of the sixties to the more current Bon Jovi and Nightwish. He also sang rock music, karaoke style, entertaining his loyal fans with many scheduled performances, following in the footsteps of his show business relatives. Rick’s mother was a popular New England singer-entertainer, along with her sisters Florence and Rosemarie, and their father Peter.
Rick loved being outdoors, walking everywhere in all kinds of weather, and working with local radio and TV meteorologists as a weather watcher. He enjoyed his weather radio, memorizing the forecasts and repeating them to you in detail whenever you asked, “What’s the weather tomorrow, Rick?”
