Orlandi, Richard O. “The Pups” Ret. BPD of Hull, passed away on January 24, 2013.

The beloved husband of the late Mary Ann (Maggiacomo) Orlandi. Loving father of Richard Orlandi and his wife Lisa (Bizzozero) of Marshfield. John Orlandi and his fiancee Susanna D’Arcy of Hull, Mark Orlandi and his partner Steve Patricelli of Hull and the late Marlene Orlandi. Brother of Adorna Walia of Arlington, Lee Orlandi and his wife Claire of Arlington and the late Roland Orlandi. Brother in law of Marie Orlandi of Boston and Joanne Maggiacomo of Winthrop. Grandfather of Luke A. Orlandi of Weymouth, Richard E. Orlandi and his wife Dawn of Whitman, Kerin Orlandi of Dorchester, Angela Orlandi of Braintree and Stephanie Orlandi of Marshfield. Great grandfather of Roman, Caesar, Darwin, Sophia, Ava and Leila.

A longtime Hull resident, Richard worked as a Boston Police officer for many years retiring back in 1978. He was a devoted husband and father who adored his family and in returned they cherished him. He will be remembered as a fun loving man, who knew the meaning of hard work. He leaves behind a legacy of family tradition filled with loved. He will be sadly missed by al those who knew him.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 8:45 AM on Wednesday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Parish in St. Ann’s Church, Hull at 10 AM.  Burial in Hull Village Cemetery, Hull.  Donations in memory of Richard may be made to St. Ann’s Church, Corner of Lewis & Samoset Ave, Hull, MA 02045 or to a charity of your choice.
