Richard “Dick” Rowles

Rowles, Richard “Dick” of Jupiter, FL, formerly of Hingham, died on August 26, 2010. Beloved husband of the late Kay (Maloney) Rowles. Loving father of Adrienne Rowles of Wellington, FL. Richard grew up in the Quincy/Wollaston area. He married Kay (Maloney) Rowles and resided in Hingham to raise his family. He was a Vice President and Mechanical Engineer for J.C. Higgins, Inc. of Stoughton. He was a decorated Captain and Pilot in the U.S. Air Force and Reserves. He served in World War II and the Korean War. While in Hingham, Richard enjoyed sailing and was a longtime member of the Hingham Yacht Club. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visitation Wednesday at 11 AM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), Hingham. A graveside service will follow at 1 PM in the Hingham Cemetery.
