Rhoda Garber

Garber, Rhoda (Silber) of Hingham, passed away March 9, 2013 leaving behind those she loved, and all who loved her.

Rhoda was a very devoted house wife, she enjoyed taking care of her husband and simply spending time with those she loved. She loved cooking and trying new things to eat.  Rhoda was a very caring and devoted women.  She was a very strong and devoted member of Jehovah’s Witnesses, who helped and guided many people she met in the ministry. Rhoda loved animals, especially her dog Taffy, and was a generous contributor to many animals shelters. She will be sadly missed. 

Pre deceased by the love of her life Morris Garber.  Devoted sister of Carol Ann Bresaw of FL, Cheryl Lee Murphy of NH.  Caring cousin of Shirley Kriteman of Melrose.  A mother figure to many in the congregation, especially Robert Darche of Weymouth.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday 6-9 PM in the McDonald Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hosp.)  A graveside service will be held on Thursday at 10:30 AM at the Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.  A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 90 Ward St, Hingham, Ma. on Saturday, March 16th, at 4:00 PM.
