Rev. Raymond P. Kiley, a resident of Manchester, NH formerly of Quincy, died unexpectedly on Sunday June 5, 2022. He was the only son of the late Raymond and Josephine (Mahoney) Kiley. Born in Yonkers, New York on Sept. 9, 1949, his diaconate ordination was held on January 27, 1996 and his Presbyteral ordination took place on May 25, 1996. Following his ordination, Fr. Kiley served in archdiocesan parishes most of them in the South Shore area for more than 23 years. His first assignment was St. John the Evangelist Parish in Canton where he served for 6 years. He then served as Parochial Vicar at St. John the Baptist Parish in Quincy for an additional 6 years. Fr. Kiley served in numerous parishes including St. Malachy in Burlington, St. Ambrose in Dorchester, St. Bridget in Abington, St. Patrick in Watertown, Sacred Heart in Quincy, St. Joseph in Boston, St. Anthony of Padua in Cambridge and Divine Mercy Parish in Quincy.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, June 16, 2022 in Sacred Heart Parish, 386 Hancock Street, North Quincy at 11am.
Visitation will be prior to the Mass beginning at 9:30 am in Sacred Heart Church.
Burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Quincy.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Fr. Kiley may be made to Archdiocese of Boston Clergy Trust Fund, 66 Brooks Drive, Braintree, MA 02184.
