Raymond F. Ross

Ross, Raymond F. of Sarasota,FL May 19, 2007. Husband of Sharon (Hyland) Ross of Sarasota, Fla. and the late Mary(McNulty) Ross. Father of Deborah and her husband Robert Beresford of Hyannis, Janie Ross-Johnson of Gloucester, Timothy Ross and his wife Wendy of Kannapolis, N.C., Sandra Ross of Hyannis, William Ross and his wife Paula of Franklin, and the late Daniel Ross Brother of Rita Eldridge of St. Petersburg, Fla., and Frances Ann Cox of NC. Raymond is also survived by many grandchildren. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Thursday at 9:30 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Agatha’s Church, Milton at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be prior the mass on Thursday morning. Burial in Milton Cemetery, Milton. Donations in memory of Mr. Ross may be made to Alzheimers Assn., MA Chapter, 311 Arsenal St., Watertown, MA 02472. W.W.II U.S. Army veteran. Mr. Ross grew up in South Boston, he raised his family in Milton and moved to Florida 15 years ago. Mr. Ross was a graduate from B.C. High and then received his degree from Bridgewater College. Raymond worked at New England Telephone Company in Boston as a network service manager and then later as the chairman of the examining board for more than 35 years retiring back in 1986. Mr. Ross attended Quincy Junior College for nursing and worked as a LPN for about 5 years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus in Marshfield.
