Ralph E. Paul

Ralph E. Paul of Falmouth, formerly of Quincy, passed away unexpectedly on  December 15, 2017.  The beloved husband of 51 years to the late Virginia “Ginger” (Nelson) Paul, who passed in October.  Cherished father of  Jennifer McLaughlin and  Libby Salfity and her husband Dennis all of Quincy and the late Susan Marie Paul and Michael Paul.  Loving Grampie of Erin McLaughlin of VA, Brian McLaughlin of Rockland and Tyler Salfity of Quincy. Brother of the late James F. Paul and Elizabeth M. Watson. Ralph is also survived by 3 nieces.

A longtime Quincy resident, Ralph moved to Falmouth after retiring from Brown Brothers & Harriman. He served his country in the National Guard and graduated from Bentley University.  Ralph played the cornet in the Falmouth Town Band and enjoyed history, particularly historical photographs of Quincy.  He truly enjoyed doting on the love of his life, his late wife Ginger. Ralph and Ginger enjoyed bowling, music and following New England sports, especially the Boston Celtics and the Red Sox.  Together they enjoyed spending time at Old Silver Beach and dinners at the Silver Lounge. They truly loved living on Cape Cod. Although heartbroken at the sudden loss of both parents, their daughters are grateful for all the blessings they brought into their lives.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home Friday at 9:15am prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church Chapel,  at 10 am.

Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
