Carlevale Jr., Ralph A. of Weymouth passed away on October 26, 2013 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was 48.
Ralph loved the outdoors and extreme sports. Whether it was fishing, boating, jetskiing on his beloved ocean or snowmobiling and dirtbiking, he was happy and content. He gladly shared these adventures with his close friends that were his second family. Ralph was a finish carpenter with a precise eye to detail and form. He was able to bridge art and function in his work to create unique pieces.
Ralph was the loving husband of Debra A. (Thomas) Carlevale. Son of Jeanne Norris of Sagamore and Ralph Sr. of Boston. Father of Raquel Schwahn of SD. Brother to Sheila Frechette of Mansfield, Matthew Toy of Sagamore and the late Daniel Toy. Ralph is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and his rescue angel.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral Mass at Immaculate Conception Church, Weymouth on Saturday, November 2nd at 10:30 AM. Ralph’s family and friends will be forever grateful to the Beth Israel Deaconess bone marrow transplant team for all their dedication and compassion during the last 2 years.
In lieu of flowers, please donate in Ralph’s memory to the Leukemia-Lymphomia Society, 1311 Mamaronek Ave., White Plains, NY 10605. Ralph would encourage all to donate blood and platelets at their local Red Cross and to register as a potential bone marrow donor at BeTheMatch.org .
