Rae E. Williams

Rae E. (Shea) Williams of Hingham passed away January 18, 2013 surrounded by her family. 

Beloved wife of the late John Williams.  Loving mother of Donna Brennan and her husband Ronald  and Joanne Panaro and her husband John all of Weymouth.  Caring sister of Shirley Connolly, Dean Shea and Dennis Shea, and the late Donald Shea and Dale Shea. Beloved Nana of Matthew and Michael Brennan, Jill Panaro and Jennifer Mauro. Also survived by 6 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. 

Rae was a great baker of delicious pies and cakes for her family.  Her vegetable garden was her other passion.  Her garden was second to none in size and variety.  She loved to give vegetables to everyone she knew.  To keep busy she babysat for children around Hingham becoming a second mother to them.  Later in life she enjoyed yard sales with her friend Carol.  Rae will be missed by all those that knew her.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Saturday from 10-11:30 AM in the McDonald Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hosp.) A memorial service will be celebrated on Saturday at 11:30 AM in McDonald Funeral Home, SOUTH WEYMOUTH. Burial to follow in the Woodside Cemetery, Cohasset.
