R. “Roger” Cody

Cody, R. “Roger” of North Quincy, March 13, 2003. The beloved husband of 38 years to Sally Cody of North Quincy. Loving Father of Scott C. Cody of North Quincy. Brother of James Cody of South Carolina. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the North Quincy Keohane Funeral Home 333 Hancock St., N. QUINCY Monday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, N. Quincy at 10 AM. Visiting hours Sunday 3-6 PM. Burial in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. Mr. Cody was a Vietnam Veteran serving as a Paratrooper in the 101th Airborne division of United States Army. He was born in Everett, and graduated from Malden Catholic class of 1953, he then attend Northeastern University. His working career began with Electronics Corp. of America in Cambridge, He worked there for 17 years as an electrical engineer. He later worked for Analogic Corp./ Orion in Wakefield and then for American Science in Cambridge before retiring in 1990. After his retirement , he enjoyed traveling to the Bahamas and Disney World with his family. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mr. Cody may be made to The American Heart Association 20 Speen Street Framingham, MA 01701. United States Army Veteran, Paratrooper , 101 Airborne Division.
