Priscilla H. West

West, Priscilla H. (Hamlin) of Hull, passed away June 3, 2017.

As a young child, Priscilla had the privilege to travel the world while she grew up. She lived and went to school in places such as Saudi Arabia, Switerland, London and Costa Rica. She and her family eventually moved to the United States and eventually moved to Hull about 25 years ago. Priscilla had a Bachelor’s Degree from Wheelock College and was a Kindergarten Teacher for Boston Public Schools for 30 years. She loved playing Suduko and online jigsaw puzzles. Priscilla loved watching her DVR, especially Law and Order. Her passion in life was teaching and her many pets. She was honest and unfiltered, but giving, loving and very generous. She enjoyed sharing her many interesting stories from her travels. She will be sadly missed, but never forgotten.

Daughter to the late George and Edelgard Hamlin. Dear wife of 36 years to the late Wayne West. Loving sister to Mary Hamlin of TX. Cherished aunt to Rachel Bramson, her husband Ben Giese and their children Noah and Abbey Rose Giese of TX, and the late Ruth Bramson. She is survived by her devoted niece and best friend Toby Camillone of Berkley and her children Presley and Italia. Also, her beloved pug, Trixie.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the burial in Hull Village Cemetery, Hull on Wednesday, June 14th at 11:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, please consider donations in Priscilla’s name to the Hull Public Library, 9 Main Street, Hull, MA 02045.
