Pierson, Phyllis H. (Grynczel) of Hingham, Scituate, Cohasset & Arlington, December 25, 2003. Beloved wife of Peter J. Pierson. Loving mother of Sandra Pierson of Hingham and Christine Pierson of Yarmouth. Loving sister of Helene Gage of Derry, NH and the late Alfred Grynchal & Edward Gryncel. Also survived by many nieces & nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM Tuesday at 9:15 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Paul’s Church, Hingham at 10 AM. Visiting hours Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Burial in MA National Cemetery, Bourne Tuesday at 2:45 PM. Mrs. Pierson was born in Chelsea and grew up in Haverhill & Cambridge, graduating from Cambridge High and Latin. She lived more than 40 years of her life in Arlington with her husband. They were married in 1943 and they enoyed dancing. For over 25 years, Mrs. Pierson worked as an office manager for Edgar H. Whittier Pneumatic Tube Sales in Belmont.
