Peter P. Ferry

Ferry, Peter P., of Quincy, died July 20, 2013. 

Peter was a United States Veteran of Korea serving in the Army from 1951 to 1953.  He took great pride in serving his country and also in the way he carried himself.  A fitness enthusiast he stayed in great shape and always dressed impeccably.  Mr. Ferry was happy, quiet and possessed a wonderfully dry sense of humor. 

Beloved son of the late Peter Ferry, Sr. and Josephine (Murphy).  Loving brother of the late Michael Ferry and Dorothy Barry.  Uncle of Paul Barry of Weymouth, Susan Barry of Wakefield, Gail Barry of CA, Sharon Scarlata of Billerica, Mark Barry of Norwood, Lisa Pimental of Billerica and the late Patricia Ryan. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 4-7 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Wednesday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Burial in Mt. Wollaston Cemetery, Quincy.
