Martinkus, Peter J. “Murph” of Quincy, formerly of So. Boston & Dorchester, August 21, 2004. Husband of the late Helen (Mackenrodt) Martinkus. Loving father of Peter Martinkus & his wife Fran of Canton and Annmarie MacIsaac & her husband Kenny of Quincy. Devoted grandfather of Thomas & Daniel MacIsaac and Peter, Johnathan & Charlotte Martinkus. Brother of Stacia McGrail of Braintree and the late Catherine Masselli and Julius Martinkus. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON Tuesday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, N. Quincy at 10 AM. Visiting hours Monday 4-8 PM. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Dorchester.Mr. Martinkus was a member of the Lithuanian Club of South Boston and Brockton. He worked as a machinist for 40 years in the Charlestown Navy Yard, retiring in 1971. Donations in memory of Mr. Martinkus may be made to the Alzheimers Assoc., MA Chapter, 36 Cameron Ave., Cambridge, MA 02140.
