Brebbia, Peter E. of Hingham, March 13, 2006. Loving father of Joel Brebbia & his wife Diane of Marshfield, Pamela Brebbia of Cohasset, and the late Peter & David. Brother of the late D. Joseph Brebbia, Mary Watson and Henrietta Brebbia. Loving “Grampy” of Joel Brebbia, Jr. of NYC, Sean Brebbia & his wife Katie of Boston and Courtney Brebbia of Honolulu, HI. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral service in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM, Friday at 10:30 AM. Visiting hours Thursday 4-7 PM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree. Peter was a self employed businessman. He owned several businesses in his career. He retired in 1991 as a manufacturer’s rep for an office supply company. He was a member of the Hingham Kiwanis Club and a resident of Hingham for over 50 years. In his retirement, he worked part time for Hingham Lumber. He was a graduate of Boston English High School and the University of Washington. During WWII, Peter served proudly in the United States Army. An avid outdoorsman, Peter enjoyed skiing, biking and riding horses. Traveling was his passion. His favorite destinations included Hawaii, New Zealand and Bali. Peter’s family will remember him as an independent and adventurous spirit, a loving father, and grandfather.
