Penelope M. (Smith) Leonard

Mrs. Penelope M. (Smith) Leonard,  of Hull, formerly of Avon, died December 4, 2021.

Penny enjoyed going out to breakfast with Terry almost every day. She cherished her grandchildren and really enjoyed her time with them. She was loved by so many and always made us laugh. We would like to thank the staff at Queen Anne Nursing Home in Hingham who took such great care of Penny over the past few months and made us all feel at home when we visited every day.

Beloved wife of  Terence J. Leonard of Hull, formerly of Avon.

Loving mother of Tracy J. Stokes and her husband, Ronan, of Weymouth and T.J. Leonard and his wife, Kathleen, of Marshfield. Sister of Kevin Smith and his late wife, Diane, of Roslindale and the late Thomas Smith and his wife, Elaine, of West Roxbury. Grandmother to Conor, Liam, Molly, Brendan, Savanna, Siobhan, and Kayla. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Thursday 3-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital).

Funeral services will be held on Friday morning at 11 am Burial will be private.
