Pauline M. Whelan

Pauline M. Whelan of Marshfield, formerly of North Quincy and Braintree, passed away at home with her family by her side on November 12, 2024 at the age of 65. 

Pauline grew up in North Quincy in a tightly-knit neighborhood on French St., and graduated from NQHS, Class of '78. She loved her family and her dogs with all her heart and cherished her role as a grandmother. 

She was the wife of the late James Whelan and the late David Napolitano. Daughter of the late Edward and Marie Grabowski. Loving mother of Ryan J. Whelan and his wife Sarah of Newton. Proud "Nanny" of Amelia. Loving sister of Jane Jerdon of Marshfield, Margie Horick of Hanson, Susan Wilen and her husband Bruce of Windham, NH, and Edward Grabowski and his wife Diana of Braintree. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Friday 11/15/2024 from 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 11/16/2024 in Sacred Heart Church, 386 Hancock Street, North Quincy at 10 AM. 

Burial will be private at a later date.
