Paula M. Reane

Reane, Paula M. (Portesi) of Quincy, died July 18, 2023.  

Paula adored her family and loved being a wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a dedicated sister who adored her siblings. An avid history reader, she enjoyed traveling the country with her sister exploring different historical sites.

She enjoyed hosting friends and family and made everyone feel welcome in her home. Paula was a fiercely loyal and easygoing friend. She had an unbreakable bond with her lifelong friends, the “Tuesday Night Girls”.  She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Beloved wife of the late William “Sid Walsh” Reane. Loving mother of Marie Williams and her husband Chris of Hanover, Michele Khoury and her husband Kenneth of Johnston, RI, Susan Comoletti and her husband Chris of Braintree, and Janet Naymie and her husband Keith of Norwell. Cherished sister to Peter Portesi, Lucia Westfall, David Portesi, and James Portesi. Devoted grandmother of Nicholas and Sean Williams, Sydney and Ava Khoury, Andrew, Aubrey, and Cameron Comoletti, Vince and Gwen Naymie, and great grandmother of David Hayman. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Tuesday 2-4 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY followed by a funeral home service at 4 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Paula may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
