Loving father of Paul Shannon, Jr. of Norton, Barbara Kilcommons of Medfield, Steven Shannon of Midland Park, NJ, Marybeth Gallagher of Hingham & Diane Rogier of Hanover. Brother of Thomas G. Shannon of Arlington & Carol Sloan of Carlisle, PA. Devoted Grandpa of 11 grandchildren. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM Tuesday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Helen’s Church, Norwell at 10 AM. Visiting hours Monday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Burial in St. Denis Cemetery, Douglas.Mr. Shannon worked for 50 years as a Clerk Magistrate for the Roxbury District Court (see above photo). He devoted his life to his family and will be greatly missed.
