MacGregor, Paul “Mac” of Quincy January 7, 2009. The beloved husband of 48 years of Patricia (Moran). Loving father of Linda Denien and her husband Bill of Quincy, Paul MacGregor of Dorchester, Pamela MacGregor of Quincy and Jill Kazmouski and her husband Michael of Hanover. Cherished Grampy of Danielle & Matthew Denien, Evan Kazmouski, Emma & Christian Devin. Brother of Diane Ronan, Alyce MacGregor, Barbara Walsh, Marilyn MacGregor all of Foxboro, Lois MacGregor of Tewskbury, Mary Jane MacLean of Westwood, Robert of FL, George of Cape Cod, Richard of Dedham, Daniel of Peabody, John MacGregor of Brockton and the late Marjorie Dull. Mac is also survived by many nieces and nephews. Mac worked for the South Postal annex for 20 years retiring back in 2000. He served in the United States Army from 1956 to 1958. A member of the James J. Rice AmVets Post #28 in Dorchester. He enjoyed traveling especially to Europe. He had a passion for history and enjoyed visiting places he had read about. His real passion was his family, he was very proud of his children and grandchildren and truly enjoyed their company. He was an easy going man with a big heart. He will be remembered as a father who was always there for his family. Mac will be missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing him. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Life Celebration Service in Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY, Monday at 8:15 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Wollaston at 9 AM. Visiting hours Sunday 2- 6 PM. Burial in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Mr. MacGregor may be made to Veterans Homeless Shelter, 17 Court St., Boston, MA 02108 .
