Paul Lally

Lally, Paul F. of Quincy died peacefully after a sudden illness on August 15, 2006. The beloved husband of 43 years to Jean (Robertson )Lally of Quincy. Father of Diane and her husband Clayton Summit of Peabody, Debra and her husband Timothy Dolan of Weymouth, Donna and her husband Sean McCarthy of West Roxbury and Paul R. Lally and his wife Leslie of Weymouth. Paul was the devoted “papa” to his 12 beautiful grandchildren and uncle to numerous nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Friday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Ann’s Church, Wollaston at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours Thursday 4- 8 PM. Burial in Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton. Paul was born in Boston and lived in Dorchester & Stoughton. He moved to Quincy 43 years ago. Paul worked for Zildjian in Norwell, he was a cymbal maker. He worked for Zildjian for 39 years he had not yet retired. Paul enjoyed his garden and also enjoyed tinkering around. He was a very outgoing person who enjoyed his family. Paul died peacefully after a brief illness with his wife of 43 years and his children by his side. Paul was the devoted grandfather of 12 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
