Brown, Paul F., Sr. of Bradenton, FL formerly of Quincy, July 9, 2006. Beloved husband of Elinore (Daab) Brown of FL. Loving father of Paul F. Brown, Jr. of Quincy, Amy Canavan of Cohasset and Jeanne Such of Kingston. Brother of Evelyn Gifford of Largo, FL. Cherished grandfather of John, Jamie and Charles Canavan of Cohasset and Aidan Brown of Quincy. Also survived by 2 nieces and a nephew. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Saturday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, N. Quincy at 10 AM. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 PM. Donations in memory of Mr. Brown may be made to Autism Center of the South Shore 210 Winter St., Ste 101 Weymouth, MA 02188. Paul was a retired Underwriter for Commercial Union Insurance Company in Foxboro, where he worked for many years. Mr. Brown was a member of the Quincy Elks Lodge #943, B.P.O.E. He was also a member of the Manasota, FL Elks Lodge #2734, B.P.O.E, where he was currently an Esteemed Leading Knight. Paul was a member of the Wollaston Yacht Club. Mr. Brown grew up in the Cherry Valley section of Roxbury and belonged to the Cherry Valley Associates. Mr. Brown was a graduate of Cathedral High School. He sang with the St. John’s Men’s Choir in Roxbury. He enjoyed participating in variety shows and singing. Paul was an avid Boston sports fan.
