Love, Paul E., Sr., 73, of Hull, formerly of Charlestown, passed away peacefully on May 27, 2011, surrounded by his loving family. Paul has resided in Hull for the past 44 years. Survivors include his devoted wife of 54 years, Carol A. (Bradley) and son’s; Paul, Jr. of Meredith, NH, Earl of Gaithersburg, MD, Philip of Virginia Beach, VA, Chris and Michael, both of Hull. Daughter’s include Carolyn Cleverly,Helen Calabria, Debra Young, all of Hull, and Ann Marie Haley of Weymouth. Papa to 17 grand children and 5 great grand children. Predeceased by grandson and best “buddy”, William Young. Lovingly survived by daughter in-law’s; Nancy, Doreen, Tracy, and Erin. Son in-laws’s included; Albert, Vincent, and Mark. Brother to the late Donald Miller and Earlene McNelly of Brockton. Paul was a former letter carrier at the South Boston Postal Annex retiring many years ago. Previously serving in the US Army, 11th Airborn Paratrooper Division. Upon his retirement, Paul had assumed the position of Assistant Harbor Master for the Town of Hull, a volunteer position which he held for 28 years. He was Past Commodore of the Nantasket Beach Saltwater Club, where he enjoyed many summers of boating and fishing. In addition to his love for the ocean, Paul will be remembered as an avid huntsman. He was a Masonic Freemason since 1966. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Tuesday 4-8 PM in the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, 21 Emerald St. (off Central St.), HINGHAM. Funeral service will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:30 AM in Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, Hingham. Burial in Hull Village Cemetery, Hull.
