Patrick J. Clifford of Quincy, formerly of South Boston, died at home August 9, 2014 surrounded by family. He was 71.

Pat grew up in the Old Harbor Project in South Boston and later moved to Quincy after the birth of their first son. He worked as the Assistant Clerk Magistrate at the South Boston District Court for many years. He enjoyed many good times with family and friends at their vacation home in Naples, FL. Family, friends and work defined Pat’s life.

Beloved husband of Mary (Possemato) Clifford. Loving father of Gregory Clifford and wife Amy and Patrick A. Clifford and wife Jennifer, all of Quincy. Devoted “Papa” of Olivia, Will and Patrick. Brother of Donna Devin of Plymouth and the late Stephen Clifford and Ellen Folan.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Thursday prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
