Patricia Marks

Patricia Marks (Moynihan) of Bridgewater formerly of Weymouth, passed away surrounded by her loving family on August 20, 2023. She was 90 years old.

Born in Boston she was the daughter of the late Edward and Anna Moynihan (Newcombe). Patricia enjoyed spending time with her family, hosting gatherings, playing card games, and baking.  She also enjoyed spending summers at Keoka Beach Campground in Waterford, Maine and winters in Bradenton, Florida with her husband Chick, along with friends and family. Patricia was a homemaker and worked in local retail including Lechmere and Harts Jewelers in Weymouth. Patricia took great pride in being Irish and being called “Nana.”

Loving wife of the late Robert McDonald and the late Charles (Chick) Marks.  Beloved mother of Michael McDonald and his wife Linda of East Bridgewater; Robert McDonald, Richard McDonald, Charles Marks, Judith Rockwell, Andrew Marks and the late Janice Fellows.  Beloved sister of the late Dorothy Merrill.  Devoted Nana of Kasey, Robert, Kerry, Timothy, Kaitlyn, Gregory, Stephen and Mali.

Patricia will also be missed by 14 great grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Monday 4-8 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11 AM in McDonald Keohane Funeral Home, SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main St. (Rt. 18 opp. South Shore Hospital) , Weymouth. Burial to follow in Woodside Cemetery- Cohasset.
