Drobia, Patricia “Pat” M. (Duffy) of Wollaston, passed away February 6, 2013.

Beloved wife of William “Bill” Drobia of Wollaston. Loving mother of William Drobia, Jr. and his wife Claire of Panama City Beach Florida, Bettyann Zaniboni and her husband Steven of Braintree and Diane Drobia and her wife Karen of Quincy. Sister of the late Bernard T. Duffy. Cherished grandmother of Kayla and Nicholas Zaniboni of Braintree, Scott Anderson of Quincy and Crew William Drobia of Panama City Beach Florida.

Pat was born in Boston and grew up in South Boston. She settled in Quincy forty-five years ago where she and her husband Bill raised their family. She worked at State Street Bank in Quincy for over 10 years before retiring in in 1993. In her earlier years Pat worked in the Carney Hospital Admitting Office for 12 years. Pat was an active parishioner at St. Ann’s Church in Quincy and member of the St. Ann’s Marriannes. She was also involved with many activities at St. Ann’s School, organizing craft fairs bake sale, working on plays with the children and other fund raising activities. Pat will be remembered as a loyal friend and neighbor, always helping people out whenever she could. She was skilled at making hand made greeting cards as well as an avid sew,knitter and baker. Most of all Pat loved her family and will be truly missed by them.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY.  A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Tuesday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM.  Burial in St. Mary’s Cemetery, Quincy. Donations in memory of Patricia may be made to American Cancer Society, 30 Speen Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
