Patricia D. Capelle

Capelle, Patricia D. (Davis) of Weymouth, passed away March 18, 2013 at the age of 90.

Pat grew up in Weymouth, graduating from Weymouth High School Class of 1940. She proudly served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. She enjoyed sun-bathing on the Cape, fishing, reading, cooking, needlepoint, golfing and had a special place in her heart for dogs. Pat was devoted to her family. They were the foundation of all that was important to her. She will be sadly missed. 

 Beloved wife of the late Francis X. Capelle. Devoted mother of Gail Capelle of Osterville, the late Guy Capelle and his wife Diane of Hull and the late Gary Capelle of Weymouth. Cherished grandmother of Patrick DiMeco, David Capelle, Kerry McWilliams, Amy Capelle and 5 great-grandchildren. Loving sister of Jeanne McGrory and her husband Bob of FL, James Davis of AZ and Guy Davis of CA. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.  

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the graveside service on Friday, March 22, 2013 at 11:15 AM in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne. In lieu of flowers donations in Pat’s memory may be made to the Norwell VNA Hospice, 120 Longwater Drive, Norwell, MA 02061 or The Home for Little Wanderers, Development Department, 271 Huntington Avenue, 2nd Floor, Boston, MA 02115.
