Patricia A. Conway

Conway, Patricia A. (Sullivan) of Milton, originally of South Boston and Quincy, died November 8, 2024 after a very brief illness.

Pat was married for 45 years to her beloved husband Ronald. They were blessed with a deeply loving relationship and were devoted to each other, from meeting on the Cape in their early 20’s through a lifetime of friendship and companionship, they were always there for each other. They loved Aruba and visited often; it was their oasis, and they counted the days down to departure with every trip. After his passing in 2011, Pat always kept a part of Ron with her; their love and devotion to one another was an inspiration to all who knew them.

Pat was a longtime Quincy resident who enjoyed walking along Wollaston Beach and sitting on the wall on a beautiful day. She adored her family and chaperoned numerous field trips and events over the years for her children, as well as her grandkids. Her passions and interests included reading, music, dancing, conversation, cooking, friendship, and being a Mom (“Mimi” to her grandkids)/Wife/Sister/Aunt; she was always a light shining brightly for all who knew and loved her. Above all, she loved spending time with her family, both immediate and extended. Pat had a fantastic sense of humor and was active and vibrant up until the very end; she loved meeting up for lunches and dinners at both new and old favorite spots. She will be missed dearly by all who knew her.

Beloved wife of the late Ronald X. Conway. Cherished mother of Christopher Conway and his wife Susan of Sandwich, Kara Norton and her husband Ron of Cohasset, Gregory Conway and his fiancé Sarah of Amherst, NH, and the late Ronald X. Conway, Jr. Loving sister of Michael Sullivan and his wife Barbara of Scituate, Kathleen Connolly and her husband William of Milton, Maureen Sullivan of Milton, and the late Joseph “Rae” Sullivan, Jr. Devoted Mimi of Maeve and Aine Norton, and Finian, Rosaleen, Anne, and Maxwell Conway. Also survived by many cherished nieces and nephews.
