Patricia Anne Lufkin

Lufkin, Patricia Anne (McLaughlin) “Peachy” of Cape Coral, FL and East Bridgewater, MA, died March 8, 2019. 

She lived in Weymouth, Quincy  and Hanover for many years before moving to Cape Coral and East Bridgewater. Peachy was the embodiment of a homemaker. Her love of design, eye for interior decorating and passion for antiques made her home warm and welcoming. She thrived in caring for her family and they feel blessed to have had her love. Peachy enjoyed traveling, had an appreciation for designer labels and could recently be found watching a Patriots game. She will be remembered for her generous love and kind heart.  

Beloved wife of 53 years to Charles Lufkin of Cape Coral, FL. Devoted mother of Edward Lufkin of Cape Coral, Kerry-Anne McStravick and her husband John of Weymouth, Laurie Barnes of Bridgewater and Shannon Powers and her husband Daniel of Bridgewater. Loving sister of Jerry McLaughlin of Hull and the late Edward P. “Buddy” McLaughlin. Best friend of Kay Holley of Sturbridge, Sandy Calderwood of Hanover, Eileen Clark of Cape Coral, FL and Cathy Sants of Englewood, FL. Also survived by nieces Kerry Sants of Englewood, FL, Brynn McLaughlin of Hull and Wendy Laurie of Venice, FL. 

A Memorial Service will be held at the First Baptist Church, 40 West Street, Weymouth, MA 02190 on Saturday at 10 AM.
