Patricia Ann O’Brien

Patricia Ann O’Brien of East Bridgewater formerly of Hull passed away on Thursday, February 24, 2022.  She was 80.

She was born in Boston to Josephine (Gulinello) and Joseph C. Giampietro and raised in Dorchester.  She graduated from Dorchester High School and went on to work as a bookkeeper.  In her later years she ran a thrift store in the Hull Senior Center.

In her spare time, Patricia enjoyed cooking and baking.  She loved to entertain her family and friends and often hosted holidays.  She was selfless, caring and loved her family, especially her great-granddaughter Kahlan, who she affectionately referred to as “the little one”.  She will be missed by all who knew her.

Beloved wife of William J O’Brien of East Bridgewater.  Devoted mother of John J. O’Brien and Ann Marie Charubini and her husband David, all of Hull.  Loving grandmother of Scott Dolan, Joseph O’Brien and his wife Missy Blood-O’Brien.  Cherished great-grandmother of Kahlan Blood.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family at the Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Parish in St. Ann’s Church, Hull at 11 AM on Tuesday, March 8, 2022.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Patricia may be made to Lupus Foundation of New England.
