Smith, Patricia A. of Quincy, died August 23, 2016.

Patricia was born in Dorchester and spent the rest of her years in Quincy. Patricia was a teacher for many years at Snug Harbor and was adored by all of her many students over the years. A generous and caring woman, Patricia made an impact on many young lives while working as a reading specialist.

Loving daughter of James E. Smith Jr. and the late Carmella (Fraccastoro) Smith. Cherished sister of Pamela M. Hulme and her husband Deacon John A. Hulme Jr. of Duxbury and James E. Smith, III and his wife Bonnie Smith of Braintree. Treasured aunt of James E. Smith IV of Weymouth and Justin K. Smith of Brooklyn NY.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Friday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Saturday prior to the Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, Quincy at 10 AM. Burial in Cedar Grove Cemetery, Boston.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Patricia to: The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Donor Services, P.O. Box 4072, Pittsfield, MA 01202.
