Hennessey, Owen J. of Quincy, September 5, 2003. Beloved husband of Diane (Stone) Hennessey. Loving father of Linda Shaughnessy of Dorchester, and Bill Hennessey of Quincy. Brother of Sheila Mansfield and Peggy Ugolini, both of Arizona, Grace Johnson of South Boston, and the late Josephine “Joey” Hennessey. Grandfather of Kerri Shaughnessy, James Lunin, and Danny Hennessey. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Keohane Funeral Home 785 Hancock St. , (next to St. Ann’s Church) WOLLASTON Wednesday at 11:00 AM. Visiting hours Tuesday 4:00 – 8:00 PM. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy. Mr. Hennessey Served in the Army during the Korea War. After retiring from Boston City Hospital, Mr. Hennessey worked as a security guard for New England MedicalCenter. He was a member of the Amvets Post and the American Legion – Perkins Post in South Boston.
