Grandmother of Joseph Spinetti & his wife Lisa of Plymouth, William Spinetti & his wife Deborah of Pembroke and Matthew Spinetti & his wife Patricia of Plymouth. Great grandmother of Carissa, Nathan, Jessica & Anthony. Sister of the late Karin Birkenhead & John Young. Aunt of Charleen Polanski of Lynn and the late Joseph Clougherty. Honarary grandmother of Mary Giberti of Rochester, Paula Ann Reid of Dennis, Raymond Scichilone of Yarmouth, Joseph Schichilone of NC and Ralph Andrew Scichilone of Sandwich. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON Thursday at 11 AM. Visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.Mrs. West devoted her life to her family. Her kindness and giving spirit will be greatly missed.
