Norma L. Carlson

Carlson, Norma, of Weymouth, passed away on March 3, 2025. She was 100 years old.

 She was born in Medford MA, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Lillian Babbitt.

 Norma lived in Weymouth for over eighty years, she was a member of the military Officers Assoc. of America and worked for Anodyne Homemakers.

She was loving wife of Don Carlson, former Weymouth police officer, retired Army Lt. Col. and retired Weymouth DPW Administrator.

Beloved mother of Sandra Tuite and her husband Ed and Don Carlson and his wife Georgette. Grandmother to Laura, Lisa, Kim, Crystal, Kendall, Kelsey, and Koby. Great-Grandmother to Josh, Haley, Gabriel, Madison, Emma, Violet, Lukas, Tatum, Teddy, and Elliott. Predeceased to her siblings: Wilbur and Fred Babbitt, Doris Hogan, Ruth Doucette, and Pauline Cone. Beloved companion of the late Frank Fryer.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Monday 3/10/2025 from 11 AM -1 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Funeral service will be celebrated immediately following the visiting hours at 1:00 PM. Burial in Village Cemetery, Weymouth.
