Noah Lee Galvin, of Townsend, formerly of Quincy, passed away suddenly on Thursday, March 20, 2025. He was 25.
Noah was born in Weymouth and raised in Quincy. He was a Boy Scout from kindergarten through high school and after graduating from Quincy High, he began working as a counselor at T. L. Storer scout camp. He then moved with his family to Townsend and soon Noah made a change and became a water filtration installation and repair technician at NH Water Care. After a few years of hard work and dedication, he earned a manager position. He was friends with everyone at work and enjoyed spending time with them outside of the workplace.
Noah’s life centered around his family, especially his mom and sisters. As an older brother, he cherished the time he spent with them and would attend every play, concert and graduation. He was always ready to come over for dinner or to share some new music he had found. During the summer, Noah enjoyed spending time with friends and family at his grandmother's cottage on Wilson Lake in ME. He loved music and often attended concerts with his friends in and around Boston.
Noah had mastered the balance of unique sarcasm and dependability When his family needed a laugh, his timing was perfect and when they needed someone to rely on, he was always there. He remained close with all the friends he made along his journey and will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Beloved son of Judi M. Galvin of Townsend. Devoted older brother to Sadie, Marguerite and Adelaide Galvin, all of Townsend. Adored grandson of Mary Galvin of Acton, ME. Also survived by his uncle, John Galvin of Quincy.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Sunday March 30, 2025, from 3-7 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. A Celebration of Life Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:45 AM on Monday March 31, 2025, prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Quincy at 10:30 AM. A burial at St. Joseph’s Cemetery will be held at a later date.
