Nickolaos J. Kyranos

Kyranos, Nickolaos J. “Niko” of Quincy, died  peacefully on January 3, 2014 surrounded by his family, he was 87.

The beloved husband of 57 years to Helen C. (Glykides) Kyranos. Loving father of Maria Mendros of Quincy and James Kyranos and his wife Maria of Quincy.  Brother of Kostas Kyranos of Milton, Chris Kyranos of Lakeville, George Kyranos of Raynham and the late Sofia Aevazelis, Elizabeth Kastrunis, Euripidis Kyranos, Demetrios Kyranos and Eugenia Kyranos. Cherished Papou of John, Elena, Nicholas, Katherine and Julia.

Niko enjoyed gardening and spent most of his life devoted to his family. He will be sadly missed.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. Funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday at 11 AM in St. Catherine’s Greek Orthodox Church, 119 Common Street, Braintree, MA. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
