Nancy V. Doherty

Nancy V. Doherty of Braintree, passed away on November 12, 2022. 

Born in Providence Nancy spent most of her youth in Providence and Newport RI. Her family moved to Braintree when she was a teenager and she was a graduate of Braintree High School and former Wamp. Nancy led a very quiet life and was happiest with a book in her hands. She also enjoyed taking trips to Newport RI. Nancy was a resident at Alliance Healthcare in Braintree. Nancy’s loved ones extend a special thanks to all the caregivers there for all they do.

Daughter of the late William P. Doherty and Marion J. (Gavigan) Doherty.

Beloved sister of William P. Doherty Jr. of Braintree, and a dear friend to many. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Wednesday 10-11 AM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Funeral service will be celebrated on Wednesday at 10:45 AM in McDonald Keohane Funeral Home, SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main St. (Rt. 18 opp. South Shore Hospital) , Weymouth. Burial will be private in St. Francis Cemetery – Pawtucket, RI.
