Nancy O’Keefe Dyer

O’Keefe Dyer, Nancy (O’Keefe) of Falmouth, died April 9, 2016.  

Nancy was a dedicated registered nurse who worked for Mass General Hospital in Boston for 21 years, South County Hospital in Rhode Island for 4 years, Kent Hospital in Rhode Island for 2 years and Falmouth Hospital for 2 years.  Nancy spent much of her free time enjoying the ocean and taking walks on the beach, admiring photography and nature, discussing current events and spending time with her beloved cats and partner. She had a heart of gold, a generous spirit, and a quick wit.  Nancy loved fiercely and was loved by everyone who met her. She will be sadly missed and never forgotten.     

Beloved long time partner of Mark Gallagher of Falmouth.  Loving mother of Alison Dyer and Kevin Dyer, both of Weymouth.  Longtime friend and former wife of Paul Dyer of Weymouth.  Caring daughter of the late Paul and Claire O’Keefe.  Also survived by extended family and dear friends.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Monday 5-9 PM  in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY.  Donations in memory of Nancy may be made to the ASPCA at www.ASPCA.org/donate.
