Nancy Alene Brown

Nancy Alene Brown (Breisch) died of pancreatic cancer in Hingham, Massachusetts on August 5. 

She was the adored sister of David Breisch and sister-in-law of Deb; the devoted mother of Gourdin and mother-in-law of Sarah Green Sirles. She was the cherished grandmother of Grayson Dane, Evangeline Rose and Everett Gourdin Sirles. Nancy was the hero of her husband, Frank, who she married at 8:08 p.m. on 8/08/08 (August 8, 2008), the proud sister-in-law of Beth Skobel, a valued member of two loving families and the treasured confidante of a small army of friends. During a 35-year career at AT&T, Nancy was a selfless mentor and role model to countless executives and employees. Following a life devoted to service, good deeds and prioritizing the needs of others, Nancy’s final resting place will be Martha’s Vineyard. 

In lieu of flowers, Nancy asked that contributions be made to the Richmond Neighborhood Center food pantry in San Francisco or to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
