Muriel Goucher

Goucher, Muriel (Ryder) of West Bridgewater, died July 25, 2017.

Pre deceased by her beloved husband Chester Goucher.  Loving mother of William Goucher and his wife Debbie of Brockton, Karen Piazza and her husband Joseph of Quincy and Charles Goucher and his wife Amy of W. Bridgewater. Devoted Nana of 5 grandchildren and the late Kyle Piazza and 3 great grandchildren.

Muriel worked as a Medical assistant for over 30 years and later at the West Bridgewater Senior Center.  She was a devoted member of the First Church in West Bridgewater where she sang in the church choir, volunteered at the church faire and frequently donated flowers on behalf of her family members to decorate the alter.  Muriel enjoyed camping and taking many trips to Canada.  In her spare time she would knit and spend some time square dancing.  Her main passion in life was her family and spending time with those she loved.  Muriel will be sadly missed but never forgotten.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY. Funeral service will be celebrated on Friday at 10:30 AM in Keohane Funeral Home, Quincy. Burial in Pine Hill, West Bridgewater.

In lieu of flower donations in memory of Muriel may be made to First Church, 29 Howard Street, West Bridgewater, MA 02379 or to The Kyle J Piazza Memorial Scholarship Fund, i/c Citizens Bank 371 Hancock Street, Quincy MA 02170.
