She was Matron at County High School Ahoada, Ibah Girls’ Secondary School, and Nyemoni Girls’ Secondary School in Rivers State, Nigeria. In retirement, she also worked as a Customer Service Specialist at TJ Maxx and later, Roche Bros in Marshfield, MA.
She became a proud citizen of the United States of America in 2009 and lived in Marshfield, MA, which she called home for the last 27 years of her life.
She loved to read the Bible every morning and frequently nourished herself with the Eucharist. She also loved to cook and spend time with her family and friends; often playing board games, sharing stories and teaching her grandchildren the Kalabari language.
She is survived by her daughters Anne, Patricia, and Emilia (Peculiar) and sons Charles and Godson, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
She passed away in her sleep on October 3, 2022, after a long illness.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Thursday October 20, 2022 from 5-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). Family and friends will meet directly at church for the Funeral Mass in St. Christine’s Church, 1295 Main Street, Marshfield at 10:30 AM. Molly will be buried in Abonnema Cemetery, in her hometown of Abonnema, Nigeria.
