Miriam E. Santry

Santry, Miriam E. (Brault) of Weymouth, died January 18, 2022.  

Miriam grew up in Quincy, graduated from Regis College class of 1950 and lived in Weymouth with her husband Fran for over 40 years.  She was a loving and caring woman who devoted her life to caring for others.  Miriam drove for the Weymouth Senior center and helped to deliver meals to those in need.  She was a devout Catholic, a member of the Red Hat Society and always there when someone needed her.  Miriam enjoyed movies, music and taking trips especially to New Hampshire and Saratoga.  She will be sadly missed by all those who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Beloved wife of the late Cornelius “Fran” Santry.  Loving mother of Paul Santry and RoseAnn Closson of Randolph and Elaine and Carl Tenkman of Sharonville, OH.  Grandma of Maxwell, Stephen and Christopher.  Caring sister of the late Helen Meade and the late Leo Brault.  Devoted aunt of  Mark, Patti, Kathy and Carolyn.  Also survived by many dear friends. 

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to greet the family during the visiting hours on Monday 4-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home EAST WEYMOUTH at 3 Charles Street (corner of Charles & Middle Street). Funeral service will be celebrated on Monday at 7 PM in McDonald Keohane Funeral Home EAST WEYMOUTH.   Burial service will be private.

In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Miriam may be made to Alzheimers Assn., MA Chapter, 309 Waverley Oaks Rd., Waltham, MA 02452 or to a charity of your choice.
