Mildred E. Cunningham

Cunningham, Mildred E. (Watson) of Quincy, died September 17, 2014. 

Mildred graduated from Wayne University with a bachelor degree.  She worked in the medical records department at Brigham and Women’s Hospital before retiring.  Mildred enjoyed dancing, reading, traveling and learning about all the different cultures she visited. Her main passion was her family, Mildred never missed a family event and cherished the time spent with them.  She had a strong faith in God and volunteered her time in Bible education work.  She will be sadly missed.   

Beloved wife of 71 years of Absalom “Barney” Cunningham.  Loving mother of Kenneth Cunningham and his wife Janice of Roslindale, William Cunningham and his wife Kathleen of Randolph, Nancy Callanan and her husband of Thomas of Quincy, Michael Cunningham of Norwood and Stephen Cunningham and his wife Mary Ellen of Mansfield.  Caring sister of Edward Watson and his wife Patricia of Florida. Devoted Nana of Joseph Callanan, Marie Reen, Christina Langan, Michael, K.C., Katie, William, Brendan, Christopher and Beth Cunningham, Sean and Paul Monahan, along with 22 great grandchildren. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
