Michelle Anne (Ricciardi) Carlin

Michelle Anne (Ricciardi) Carlin, of Holbrook, passed away suddenly on August 16, 2018. She was 54.

Michelle was a devoted learner and earned a B.S. degree in Child Psychology and followed that up with a M.S. degree in Education. She rose to the level of Chief Executive Officer of a regional association that served people with autism and mental disabilities in New Jersey.She was a fierce advocate for their care as well as their rights. After returning to Massachusetts she became the founder and operator of Wicked Good Dog in Quincy, which then moved to a larger facility in Holbrook as the company grew over the past 10 years. She enjoyed attending paint nights, writing, and visiting with her many close cousins. She was also a devoted and caring mentor to many as Wicked Good Dog has grown throughout the years. Michelle also enjoyed shooting with her partner John whom she was always able to out shoot. She will be dearly missed by all those that knew and loved her.

Born in Quincy, a daughter of Brenda (Curry) Ricciardi of Weymouth and the late Peter Ricciardi. Loving mother of Sabrina Carlin of Abington and Danielle Carlin of Holbrook. Sister of Peter Ricciardi, Jr. and his wife, Louise, of Rockland, and Debbie Flanagan and her husband, Stephen, of Weymouth. Loving partner of John Myers of Holbrook. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, and especially her furry feathered children.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday 4-7 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital) followed by a memorial service at 7 PM. Cremation will follow.
