Michael S. Madden

Michael S. “Mike” Madden of Weymouth, formerly of Quincy, died April 28, 2014. Mike worked for Bank Boston for over 20 years. He was a boy scout leader for Troop 92 in Weymouth. Mike was a handy man who enjoyed tinkering in carpentry, camping and playing the piano. He will be remembered as a kind and sociable man with a devotion to his family. 

Beloved husband of 30 years to Donna (Heath) Madden of Weymouth. Devoted father of Daniel Madden and his wife Corinne of Whitman, Steven Madden of Weymouth, Brian Madden and his fiance Sara of Rockland and Michael Madden of Weymouth. Cherished “Papa” to Isla and Kellan Madden. Loving brother of Joseph R. Madden and his wife Judy of Indiana, Marvin F. Madden and Carolyn Madden. Son-in-law of Donald and Elsie Heath of Weymouth. Brother-in-law of Judy Cullen and her husband John of Hull, Donald Heath, Jr. and his wife Cheryl of Whitman, Jeffery Heath of Quincy, Diane Millen and her husband Jonathan of Weymouth and John Heath and his wife Maureen of Abington. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Memorial Visitation on Saturday, May 17th from 10 AM-12 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital). A Memorial Service will follow in the funeral home at 12 PM.

The family of Mike express their heartfelt appreciation to the doctors and nurses at Tufts Medical Center for the care shown to Mike, especially his dear friends Dr. Klemens Myer and Dr. David Drew.
