Michael P. Lynch

Lynch, Michael P. of Pembroke, formerly of Hingham, unexpectedly on June 27, 2006. Devoted husband of Kristeen A. (Kelly) Lynch of Pembroke. Cherished father of Stephanie Lynch of Duxbury, and Kelly Lynch of Pembroke. Beloved son of Eileen (Russell) of Duxbury and the late Edward P. Lynch. Loving brother of Nancy E. Bergstrom of Duxbury, and Kevin P. Lynch of Quincy. Also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Pyne Keohane Funeral Home, Monday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Paul’s Church, Hingham at 10:00 AM. Visiting hours Sunday 4 – 8 PM. Burial in Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne at 1 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Michael may be made to The Kelly Lynch Trust C/O Bank of America, 185 Summer St., Kingston, MA 02364. Michael was a graduate of Hingham High School, Class of 1981. He played football and was the Captain of the Lacrosse team. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed playing golf and cooking. Michael was also a coach and semi-pro football player for the Quincy Granite Team. He was a coach for Pop Warner Football. Michael was very proud to have served in the US Marine Corps. He served for 8 years. Michael most enjoyed spending time with his family, friends and neighbors. Michael was a member of the Hanson VFW.
