Michael J. Ferry

Ferry, Michael J. of Quincy, April 16, 2006. Brother of Peter Ferry of Quincy and the late Dorothy Barry. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the funeral from the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., WOLLASTON, Saturday at 9 AM. Funeral Mass in Sacred Heart Church, No. Quincy at 10 AM. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 PM. Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy. Michael was a truck driver for the Teamsters Local #25 in Boston for almost 40 years. After retirement he combined his love of truck driving with his passion for golf. He has been a member of the the groundskeeping staff at President’s Golf Course in Quincy for the past 15-20 years. He enjoyed playing golf with his friends as they played locally and also took several golf vacations. Mr. Ferry was a graduate of Charlestown High School.
