In high school, while working for Weymouth Recreation, he taught archery to many students including those with special needs and the sight impaired. He was a member of the Randolph Lions Club, the Weymouth K of C, and volunteered as a Scout Master for Troop 117 in Weymouth. Most of all, Michael cherished time with his loved ones. Family gatherings, where he served his home cooked Italian specialties, were a great joy. He enjoyed every minute with his grandchildren and was looking forward to more in the future.
