Michael Charles Deamicis

DeAmicis, Michael Charles “Mike” of Quincy, formerly of S. Boston, died February 2, 2018.

Michael’s passion in life came from helping others, especially those working through their recovery.  He was a sponsor to many and truly found his purpose in their service.  His role as a Dad was the most important in his life and he adored his four children.  He was a hometown sports fan and loved all things Red Sox.  His spiritual side led him to organizations like Samaritan’s Purse, Church Groups, and Men’s Retreats.  He will be remembered for his unforgettable sense of humor, ability to light up a room, and mostly by his selfless actions.

Beloved son of the late Rocco and Lily DeAmicis.  Survived by his children Dylan and Deliah Malcolm and their mother Julie Malcolm, Michael and Emily DeAmicis and their mother Dina DeAmicis.  Devoted brother of James DeAmicis of Quincy, Debbie Sheehan of Watertown, Jean DeAmicis of AR, Diane Ebenal of VA, Linda DeAmicis of Quincy, and the late Ann Signor.  Loved by his many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Thursday 4-8 PM in the Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY.  A Prayer Service will be held in the funeral home at 9:15 AM on Friday prior to the Funeral Mass in St. Ann’s Church, Quincy at 10 AM.  Burial in Pine Hill Cemetery, Quincy.
