Melba Dilillo

DiLillo, Melba (Leone) of Norwell and Quincy, died July 7, 2013 at the age of 94.

Melba was a resident of Quincy before moving to Southwood at Norwell Nursing Center 10 years ago where she received wonderful care, especially from Linda, Minnie and Ashley. She was a die hard Red Sox fan and enjoyed Bingo and playing cards with friends. Most of all, Melba cherished spending time with her family.

Loving daughter of the late Frank and Giovannina (Sacchetti) Leone. Loving mother of Jerry DiLillo and his wife Pat of Weymouth. Cherished “Nonie” of Jennifer and Michael DiLillo of Weymouth and Mark DiLillo and his wife Amy of Plymouth and “Great Nonie” of Austin DiLillo of Plymouth. Sister of Elia Mansani, Edith Leone, Rena Pizzi, Vera Leone,  all of Quincy and the late Elvira Leone and Frank “Bebee” Leone. Also survived my many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours on Wednesday from 10:30 AM – 1 PM in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home SOUTH WEYMOUTH at 809 Main Street (Rte 18 opp. So. Shore Hospital) followed by a service in the funeral home at 1 PM. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree.
